How can I order by phone?
We are available to take your call Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.  Please don't hesitate to call us with any questions at +61 7 3907 0600 or call the store nearest you.

Can I order by fax?
Just print out a copy of your Shopping Cart and fax it to us with a cover sheet. The cover sheet must include:

• Your name
• Your billing address
• The ship To address and recipient name
• Your phone number
• The credit card type (i.e. Visa), card number and expiration date
• Your email address

Fax your completed order form to +61 7 3907 0633.  We will call you back to confirm the order, and give you an exact total including applicable shipping charges.

How can I check the status of my order?

I can't find a product I saw in your store.  Can I order merchandise online that I saw at The Storage Space Company?
Our Web site features a select grouping of the items we carry in our stores.  For questions, or to order products that are not featured on this site, please call us at  +61 7 3907 0600 or call the store nearest you.

What are your shipping charges?

Standard Shipping         $10.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) on the regular retail price of all items.  You should expect delivery in 5-10 business days from the order date.

Expedited Shipping      $25.00 or 15% (whichever is greater) on the regular retail price of all items.  For orders placed by 3 pm Monday-Friday, in-stock items ship the next business day via expedited delivery service.  Items should arrive 4 business days from the order date.  For orders placed after 3 pm or on a holiday, please allow 1 additional business day.

• Some orders may require additional shipping charges.  If this is the case, we will contact you before any shipment is made, or any charges are added to your credit card.
• Some of our products require special handling to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.  Additional shipping charges are noted on the product page for these items.

What is your Return Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to any of our stores or by mail.  We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

Within 21 days upon receipt of merchandise where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to:

• We will gladly replace the merchandise; or
• Exchange it for something that better fits your needs; or
• Provide a store credit; or
• Refund the purchase price

The original store receipt is required for returns.
